In the main lobby area, press and hold RB. Use the left stick to select an "emotion" and keep holding the stick and then let go of RB.
You don't need to let the animation finish, so quickly hold RB and then select another one.
I'm pretty sure you can keep doing the same one over and over but I just spammed each option on the wheel till I got back to the first one I did.
After you get this achievement keep going so you get the "Fanfare" achievement which requires you to do it 90 more times after you do this first one.

To unlock the This Party Is Just Getting Started! trophy in Jump Force, you will need to use emotions 10 times.
At the main lobby, hold L1 and use the left stick to choose any of the available emotions. Keep pointing the left stick at the one you want and then release L1. Once the animation has finished, that will count as 1 use, so repeat the above steps nine more times.
