At the main menu there is a password option.
Enter the password: O21G001C (Letter O for first one and next two round characters are zeros. )
This starts you on the last level. You can press
to pounce most things to death. Use the rewind feature with 
if you get hit. Pull up the menu with 
to save the game at any point to retry less if you mess up. You will need to hold 
and press 
to jump on some high platforms.
There is a guy in the ceiling that is really annoying to get past near the end of the level. I had to just keep jumping up and trying to attack while rewinding the game until I killed him.
For the final fight, jump to the T-Rex fossil and press to attack it. It will explode for some reason and the game will be complete!

Concerning that final guy on the ceiling, I found it much easier to climb up above the ceiling and make my way towards him going right. When I was near him I would crouch and get as close to him as possible without falling through the hole in the floor and hammering the A button attack.
