This is easiest done on the your second fortification area. Squat down in between the ammo box and the crate in the upper right side of the area. just stay down and as the dino's come up to you blast away. For some reason they can not get to you. Once you kill all of them ~ Achievement Unlocked.

Also on most of the fortification sections in the game if you run up and load up on ammo and then run all the way back right up against the back areas. The dino's will come through the fort, but will just stand in front of the section they came through.

At this point you can shoot them from a distance or move forward and then they will come after you.

It's an easy way to defend and get the achievement.
