How to unlock the Open Paddock 9! achievement in Jurassic World Evolution 2 - Definitive Guide
Ok to start off this Chaos Theory mode is extremely frustrating and difficult at times, but with patience, saving, and reloading the game you can beat it.
There are probably easier ways, but let's get into it.
I started off following what was asked, but started focusing on herbivore pens and researching as much as possible while keeping around 1.5m as a storm will bankrupt you and destroy your park. While building and researching I made the guest paths and accommodations as best as I could adding amenities whenever possible when the guide starts to show it becoming red. Big thing though, whenever it says storm warning Immediately save and tranquilize all your carnivores. I had Ceratasaurs(eventually replaced with Carnotaurs) and raptors which would constantly cause issues. If you get a storm that completely destroys parks just reload and hope it picks a different storm or different path. Some people have said a dense area in the back of your park will spawn the storm there, but it never worked in my experience. Storms will happen often so keep saving. Keep expanding your park while keeping amenities up, research monorail for transport and make sure guests are comfortable. Eventually you'll need to research enough genomes to make the Indominous. Make an indominous AND a Trex(separate enclosure). This will raise your appeal of your park. Oh, also your first dinosaurs are probably long dead so replace with long-lived tolerant dinosaurs so they don't cause problems. After you get the last stage of goals (1500 happy guests, 12 species, 5 stars, 3 mil cash) this was the long end game. I made tons of guest attractions to boost appeal. At the end of the game I had 150% appeal, 14 species, and 98% guest satisfaction.

The most common complaint I've seen is players saying they went into a debt spiral after the initial T Rex died and they couldn't afford to research and hatch another one. I don't know if those players were asleep at the wheel but when mine died, I was ready with 3 Carnotauruses and 3 Majungasaurs to slot into the space it occupied. They were worth a lot more and I finished the map without ever hatching another T Rex.
