In this video guide I will show you how to tranquilize a dinosaur or reptile from a distance of at least 125m.
Easier to just start off when your in the helicopter close to the dinosaur and just fly straight up. As your climbing straight up just start shooting the dinosaur, make sure to make your shots hit as you go up. If your making your hits eventually the achievement will pop when reaching a certain height above the dinosaur.

Good guide, If I can just add I did this in the first campaign mission when rounding up the triceratops as one of them is asleep and doesn't move so can pop a shot from miles away 👍

To get this achievement you need to tranquillise any dinosaur from 125 meters which is done when you capture dinosaurs in the wild using your helicopter.
This is a fairly easy achievement as you have unlimited tranquillisers so you can keep shooting until you get the achievement.
As far as I’m aware there isn’t a way to tell the distance between your helicopter and the dinosaur (I may be wrong) so just use common sense to judge 125 meter distance.

I did this on the second campaign Mission. I did not move the helicopter when then Level started and kept shooting
