Play the last chaos theory mission! You will start wrangling dinosaurs into their cages! After you succeed that you will need to build the suggested base of yours and right after that you will be call to defend your cages and dinosaurs from rustlers!
Take command of your ranger, and when the rustlers aproach try to hit them twice and then the achievement will unlock!
