How to unlock the A beautiful, but deadly addition achievement in Jurassic World Evolution - Definitive Guide
Dilophosaurus is first unlocked Isla Muerta, the second island in the game, and its fossils can be excavated from the Lower Lufeng Series and the Ziliujing Formation, both in China.
By the time you get to Muerta you should be familiar with the genome mechanics in the game, once you have at least 50% of the Dilophosaurus genome sequenced you can incubate one in your Hammond Creation Lab and once the Dilophosaurus is released the achievement will unlock.
This achievement should come as part of the natural progression of the game if you are aiming to complete each island, as you have to release a Dilophosaurus as part of the security mission on Isla Muerta.

You can get the genome for the Dilophosaurus when you start on the second island, Isla Muerta. To get the genome for the Dilophosaurus you will have to send out dig teams, see Fill in the holes and complete the code for an information on how to completing a genome.
When the dig teams return with the fossils you will have to extract the DNA from the fossils. Once you hit 50% genome you can incubate a Dilophosaurus and release it, see Life finds a way on how to incubate a dinosaur. Once it is released you will get this trophy.
