How to unlock the It's all about control with you achievement in Jurassic World Evolution - Definitive Guide

If you have built a Ranger building in your park, there should be a Ranger Team already there. Hit ‘A’ on the building, then hit ‘Add Task’ and click on a dinosaur if they need help. If no dinosaurs need help, wait until one does.

I have no idea how to assign a task to an ACU because I haven’t tried.

You can also get them to just fire a flare - I did this and the achievement unlocked :)

All you have to do for this trophy is to add a task for either an ACU helicopter (See Shoooot her!) or a Ranger Team (See Tenacious) on when you can build both buildings. To select an ACU helicopter, simply press and select the ACU helicopter add a task like tranquilize a dinosaur or press and select a Ranger Team and add a task to it like refilling a feeder. Once you give the command, you will get this trophy.
