I did this on easy difficult in 2:49hrs first try.

Some tips for your built.

1. Fast build expedition and fossil center and focus on the struthiomimus and edmonto for early money income. Don't focus to much on pushing them to high % and build only 2-3 of them. After this, build all other nessesary buildings like acu, ranger, research...

Try to get new cheap species like triceratops and Cerato to push your species diversity. Same here, don't build to much of them.

2. Build a hotel and fast research for restaurant and the clothing shop. These 3 buildings help you to get a early 5star rating for your buildings.

3. With every new star on your island rating you get new research options and new fossil access. Push the nessesary skills like electricity, acu, ranger upgrades and focus asap on the genetic modification upgrades.

4. Go for the BigBoy Fossils like Rex, Diplodocus and push them to high %. Then gen-modify them. These big boys will push your Dino rating fast to 5 stars after you have reached the "high diversity".
