How to unlock the Wrecking Ball achievement in Just Cause 2 - Definitive Guide
Tie a jet to the URGA-9380.
Drive up and down the runway a few times.
The video explains it all.
I got it within a couple of minutes. Have Fun!

I upgraded black market choppa fully (don't know if it helps) or a transport chopper how was suggested earlier. Then tie a car to your chopper and fly to a army post or something (NOT BASE, or you can end up blowed by SAMs or shooted down right away). That way you can prepare yourself careful, fly just ABOVE some random enemy and then fly down. You don't have to do it fast, just make sure you land a car right on top.
They didn't start emergency on me when i did it, so just move to another guy to land a car on him. If they do, fly away and come back when it will be quite. That way they will not shoot your helicopter and you will not end up blowing.
Have fun! Took me like 10-15 minutes to do it. I advise against heavy vehicles, as it may be sloppy to fly with them. Any car will do as long as it is not a bike

The way I managed to snag this one was to extract to a military base and get a heavy military helicopter. I tried using the transport chopper for a while but they manuever too slowly to really drag stuff around fast and they get shot down quickly due to low armor. The heavy military chopper with dual miniguns/minigun+rocket has great lift capability and excellent speed as well as solid armor. You could do this with the blackmarket chopper, but it costs a lot and chances are you will screw up and have an accident multiple times before you pull this off, so I found it better to just extract to a military base and find a heavy attack chopper like I said.
Now, I had 3 wrecking ball kills after trying for about 25min or more getting shot down or snagged on something and slingshotting my chopper into the ground causing it to explode etc, so progress was slow. Then I hit the jackpot:
I got in a heavy attack chopper and picked up a small boat, which was wide and heavy enough that it wouldnt go swinging all over the place. Then out of luck I found a propaganda trailer while I was looking for some military to attempt to squash. This was perfect because around those propaganda trailers there are usually 5 or 6 guards standing around them in an open area with no obstacles nearby so you can drag your wrecking ball all around without getting snagged on stuff and have plenty of guys all on foot to hit before you finally get shot down. I went from 3 wrecking ball kills to 8 in a matter of about 10 seconds once I found this situation.
The best idea would probably be to keep your eyes out for a propaganda trailer you haven't destroyed while you're doing other things (if it's blown up it wont have guards around it). Then mark that as a waypoint and then get your attack chopper+sedan/boat from a nearby military base. Dont pick up anything too heavy or you'll move too slowly and/or get dragged into the ground if you hit a snag, and if you pick up anything smaller like a baby panae head (although this is bitterly ironic and amusing to use), your chances of hitting guards as you fly over them is very small. They aren't going to stand still. Get something long but not too heavy- like i said, the best thing I found was a small boat. 4-door cars are decent too. Also try to fire your hook right into the middle top of your wrecking ball item as it will then dangle horizontally rather than hanging by it's bumper, for example.
Again, the key is that the propaganda trailers are almost always in a completely open area with nothing to snag your dragged object on and they have half a dozen guards on foot just waiting to be squashed.
Now what should you use. The choice is yours. I advise to use bulky broad objects, not necessarily heavy ones. Cars make for good objects for example.
Now for the vehicle, if you choose land based vehicles I advise to take an armoured one. A Rhino is nice. Not only can it pull a lot but as you will be shot at it will withstand some fire and prevent you from having to repeat the process more times than is necessary. I found that using this method is tedious. Driving around villages and hoping you kill someone when taking corners was just not doing it for me.
The second method, the one I prefer, is using a chopper. In the north-western area there are some Colonels on rooftops. You can use choppers with cars tethered to them as you would use regular wrecking balls. You can fly over the Colonel's position and slam your tethered objects into the unsuspecting group of henchmen. While the Colonel usually survives, should you happen to kill him, you will need to find another spot.

This is my favorite solution, very easy. The location of the military airport is X : 28412 , Y : 5704. (video : IIWastedII)
This solution is good too but, when i try to do that, the guards kill me before the 5th kill.(video : Matt Reiland)
This solution is the funniest way to do this. And not so hard.(video : Stazzer)
If you want, you can do it with variants.(a plane with a statue, etc)
One of the tougher trophies in the game, although this is still rather easy. For this trophy you need to dual hook any vehicle to the main vehicle you will be driving. The vehicle that is attached to yours has to hit an enemy and kill him, you have to do this five times to get the trophy. You don’t need to do it in one go which allows you to get a new vehicle if yours gets blown up.
To dual hook 2 vehicles together you need to first aim at any one of them then press & hold the button, next move your aim onto the second vehicle and let go of . The two vehicles will now be attached via the grappling hook allowing you to pull one behind you whilst driving.
Now I recommend you find one of the small taxis that are being driven around Panau. As long as you find a bigger vehicle than that you will be able to drag it around pretty easily. It is basically a smaller car and therefore deals a lot more damage than a motorcycle or anything else smaller. I also recommend another method. You could try and get the vehicle in front of you & then ram it, this makes for easier kills and you can direct the car where you want more easily.
This is a hard trophy to understand when reading it, so watch the following video for a different method & a lot more help (credit to Rooster Teeth):
A difficult achievement. Add to that the fact that some genuine wrecking ball kills simply don't register and you have one well annoying achievement on your hands.
I'll list several methods I have tried, which all work, but very inconsistent, you'll need a great deal of luck for this one.
It is imperative that you do not have a mission active, dying will result in restarting at a previous checkpoint and losing your kills.
- In the town of Bandar Sungal Rejang, at X 8626 Y 20564, there is a checkpoint with a lone enemy guard and a tiny car just sitting right next to him. Using a heavy helicopter, you can attach the two and then use the tethered car to run him down. It doesn't cause the police to start attacking you and you can simply fly the helicopter a bit down the river and turn right around and the guard will be back. Repeat the process over again until you get all five.
Make sure you do not use the military vehicle, or you'll have heat on your tail, same goes for accidentally running over civilians. Use the small non-military vehicle instead, and make sure only to hit the guard.
- Go to X:740 Y:13622 and you'll find a race called 'Kicking the Curb' (Roaches, acquired after taking over their first stronghold). Start it and it will spawn a heavy armored car for you. Hop in and take a left into the alley right before the start of the race until you hit the main road, take a left again and you'll see a propaganda wagon at the side of the road.
The easiest way to get wrecking ball kills is to attach a car (as large as possible) in front of your armored car, line up with an enemy and run it over. I was able to get 1 kill of 5 with this method.
If you accidentally destroy the propaganda wagon, you can try your luck a bit further with a colonel and his entourage in a grassy field.
