Earning this Achievement/Trophy will come natural as you play the game.

The same goes for
Just Cause 3(Just) Causin' ChaosThe (Just) Causin' Chaos trophy in Just Cause 3 worth 15 pointsGet 1,000 Chaos.

Just Cause 3Chaos MillionaireThe Chaos Millionaire trophy in Just Cause 3 worth 191 pointsGet 1,000,000 Chaos.

This trophy popped randomly after I liberated a military base with ~135k Chaos

It will be received during the game, I got it in about four hours. We simply clear the island of enemy forces (we liberate settlements, destroy bases).

This trophy was glitchy for me, it fell out when the counter already had 230 thousand chaos points, so don’t be alarmed if anything happens.
