Just Cause 3

This achievement requires you to have the mech assault DLC. You will see the detention camps on your map up in the norther region of the map. As you ccomplete them try to eliminate as many black hand troops as you can as they will kill the prisoners if you free them too soon. Also once you are clearing the camp liberate the captain as they will guide the other rebels and help you attack the black hand reinforcements.
