12/6/2020, achievement is still glitched... just liberated all areas for this location, an achievement did not pop... wonderful

Bugged for me I'm 2022 it's a lot of time wasted

It seems that it continues to give problems, I think the best solution is to do the mission where you have to destroy the tower of Falco Maxime and then release all the regions and maybe so jump the achievement

Didn't unlock

Update, I ran through them all again, this time after the mission where you destroy the tower. It unlocked properly then.

The achievement unlocking was delayed by several minutes for me, enough time to complete the next main mission in the sequence (Hijacking the plane to stop the bomb being exported) and start a second.

I've noticed this happening with a number of story-related achievements in this game. So I wouldn't panic too much if it doesn't unlock immediately

Help, I see that some of you were able to unlock the achievement, how did you unlock it?

Achievement just glitched on me. Last province liberated, I've got info that 12/13 provinces liberated and no achievement. According to https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/293977-heart... the fact that I've started Sky Fortress DLC for Bavarium Wingsuit but didn't finish it may be a reason. So if you're like me take what jdh0921 wrote there and restart the game before liberating last settlement. It may save you some time... If you don't have 57/58 settlements be sure to discover Umbra settlement and all the monasteries just for sure. And do not liberate any mining province as a last one, I've liberated capital (Citate di Ravello) as a last one.

@Sonicfreak, The trick here is to keep up the wanted status and let them drive to the police station or the base....
Whenever soldiers are in or near the base they count as havoc and eventually you get the bar full and you can raise the flag. Also destroy the jeeps.
(Found out because at one village the soldiers stood outside the police station and came from the mountains for some weird reason. Some things really glitch into the game.
Did a race this afternoon near a railroad track. Out of nowhere and for no reason the entire train derailed and the carts flew all around)

This bugged for me and didn't unlock. All regions are blue on the map and the in-game progress states liberation 100%. Not sure what caused it but I did have the DLC installed and I took out the last settlement while bombarding it from a helicopter whithout ever attracting heat. Maybe that's the problem? My cowardice liberation. I would suggest taking out the last settlement from the ground - just in case.
