you will get a call from Sheldon about something he needs help with, once you complete this misson "Suit Up" you now have the Bavarium wingsuit. Head to the closest body of water, jump in a swim at the surface. Hold cn_Y and volia, the achievement is yours.

Once in the water, simply press and hold triangle until you take off!

Once in the water, hold down the Y button and hold it until we take off.
