How to unlock the MOD Initiate achievement in Just Cause 3 - Definitive Guide

Once you have completed a gear challenge you can equip the new gear MOD. Click cn_back to open up the menu, use cn_RB and cn_LB to get to the gear MODs section and click cn_A on any MOD to activate it.

A very easy achievement, just complete one of the tasks, there are a lot of them, choose to your taste.
