How to unlock the Take That, You Pipeline Jerks achievement in Just Cause 3 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for completing the Act I mission "The Secret of Vis Electra." This may be missable since it's technically a side mission.

In order to unlock the mission, you must first liberate four Insula Fonte provinces. Along with netting you the achievement, completing this mission will disable the FOW airstrike defense system at Cima Leon: Centcom, making that base much easier to take over.

To complete it you need to complete story missions. Without doing this, it will be almost impossible to clear the first part of the map.
