How to unlock the The Power of Bavarium achievement in Just Cause 3 - Definitive Guide

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. This mission pops up about half way thru act 2. You will get a new EMP upgrade to test out against some Bavarium tanks. Once the mission is complete and Rico has destroyed everything in his path the achievement will unlock.

No, unfortunately not. Had to replay the game again to get this and Tangled Up In Blue. Very annoying.

This achievement is buggy. It didn't unlock for me either.

Update, I started a new game and ran through the story mode missions and it unlocked the second time around, no delays, right after finishing the mission.

Is it possible to replay story missions? This and These Mines are the Pits didn't unlock for me.
