This is story related cannot be missed
* First you will watch cut-scene with Di-Ravello talking
* Then you will have to blow up these tanks with your rocket launcher
* Then you will have to kill these enemies so they don't kill Mario
* After that you will have to protect Mario's Car for awhile and release him at a helicopter drop point
Then the achievement will be your's
