You can get this when doing the runs in LNP as there are lots of vehicles participating in the run with you. I got it during the CAMINEVADO run after about 5 or 6 tries.
I didn't use any of the vehicles that was provided at the start of the race. I had unlocked the Excorpion Hard Hornet S so I called in an AirDrop and used that instead. The SMG on that did more damage so it was easier to destroy vehicles.

Got this on my first try with the Brawler Mech. Extremely easy to destroy everything in its path to rack up points and surprisingly agile as well to finish courses with Jump/Dash.
