How to unlock the Pinball Dreams achievement in Just Cause 4 - Definitive Guide

I don't find too many of these on enemy troops, but the PBX Auto-Slug 4 can often be found in weapons crates. You also unlock it as a supply drop option when you secure the Riscos Altos region. Secondary fire is accomplished by pressing RB. Simply destroy a vehicle with that. It's probably easiest to down a motorcycle or basic military car; don't try for a tank. This actually unlocked for me when I blew up a chaos object in a base and the explosion took out a vehicle in collateral damage, so it doesn't seem like it's super picky about it.

I found it in a weapon crate in Riscos Altos military base/ prison

I found it in a weapon crate during Astillero Blackout, then blew up the boat I still do get in the west power station before stealing another one.

Later in the game you can get the weapon with delivery from sky from the pilots.

First you will need to find the PBX Auto-Slug 4 shotgun, which can be found on silver lootboxes if you’re lucky. If not, you will obtain it in your supply drops after completing the Riscos Altos region, then you’ll be able to get it whenever you want. Find a vehicle, it doesn’t matter if it’s moving or parked, and use to destroy it.

For this achievement, you want to destroy any vehicle while using while using the PBX Auto-Slug 4 shotgun. This is very easy and self explanatory and once the vehicle you decide to use this weapon on explodes, the achievement will unlock.
