How to unlock the Rico's Roughnecks achievement in Just Cause 4 - Definitive Guide

You'll have all pilots recruited after reaching level 14 chaos (below achievement). You may need to have them do an air drop/fast travel if it doesn't. For me, it immediately unlocked with the level 14 chaos achievement.

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue but this glitched on me because my pilots become locked again whenever i turn the game off.

Death Raiser, that just happened to me. I just hard reset my xbox and loaded the game back and the pilots are there now.

i got my pilots back but i already hit chaos level 14 so i passed the achievement mark so it wont unlock. looks like ill have to start a new game and try again.

How did you get to Chaos Level 14? I am at 11 after the story and it is really slow to increase.

Same for me. Hit Chaos Level 14 and unlocked all pilots but both achievments wont unlock 😟

What is even the point of this achievement when its tied to Lv14 with no other way to get these pilots?

Yeah it's functionally the exact same thing as A Whole Army of Chaos.

Unlocks as soon as you hit chaos level 14.

I did not need to grind to 14, it came by naturally playing the game and blow up all red items on the map as I passed them. The items will respawn eventually. The Skrystriker wingsiut has missiles, that helps a lot.

I was level 10 when I finished the base game story. As I went around the map completing stunt challenges, I blew stuff up. I hit 14 before I had completed all the challenges by far. Just make sure you try to initiate the x2 chaos modifier by provoking nearby enemies. They don't do much damage and the x2 makes it a lot faster.

If you are planning to play the DLC's you probably won't have any problem unlocking the through natural progress.

You unlock pilots when reaching a certain level of Chaos. The last pilot will unlock at level 14 so check A Whole Army of Chaos .

The trophy is tied to "A Whole Army of Chaos" (accumulation of Chaos level 14). According to information from a forum member who encountered the problem, and network users, it became known that the trophy was buggy. Make a backup save before accumulating chaos level 14lvl!

got the trophy without a glitch the first time 07/24/19
maybe it makes sense, but I took this trophy after the story and the capture of all regions

The achievement will be issued in parallel with the achievement with a set of chaos level 14
