Just Cause 4

You'll unlock the hoverboard during your first mission of this DLC.
Once you have it, go to "ISLAS INTICHAYES" in the south-east of the map. At the airfield at "AEROPUERTO GENERAL BENÍTEZ" are passenger planes taking of at the north end of the east runway. They are going north, make a U-turn and then fly off towards the south. Usually you have enough time to reach one.

When the turn is completely done, the plane will accelerate - that's the moment you're waiting for. Use your hoverboard (if not already using it) with , then use your grappling hook on the plane with . KEEP PRESSED THE WHOE TIME (or the link fails)! Press it until the end of the runway (or it disconnects by itself) and it should unlock your achievement.

Tried solving this myself before seeing the other guide! I just popped it by air dropping a cargo plane, flying it up high, pointing it down a bit so the speed is just over 200KM, exiting in to the cargo bay by holding Y and then grappling and using my hoverboard inside the bay. Worked a treat.

Using the achievement tracker, I could see this ticking up live as I was doing it right so if you're having trouble may be worth turning that on!
