Just Cause 4

This is a series of missions involving Cesar. You start the series by starting the mission on the right side of the map that appears after the first few missions.

The symbol of a tornado is the marker.

The missions take you all over Solis. I had secured all of the territories prior to starting this, so I do not know if that makes it any easier. Even though I had cleared the areas, Black Hand forces are still present during the missions.

In all, there are three (or four) missions to complete. If you have the Skystriker wingsuit equipped, it will make all of the missions much easier.

The first one is an escort missions where you must destroy three Black Hand blockades to get a helicopter to its destination.

Then second mission has you following a tornado and then blowing up Black Hand offenses that are keeping Rico and his army from completing their goal. (I’d give more details but don’t want to spoil the story.)Near the end, you must also protect Cesar from being trapped.

The third mission has you protecting sites from Black Hand attacks while securing your mission objective.

After you complete that mission, Cesar is gravely disappointed and this series of missions are complete.
