OMG! This guy is right. I only needed a couple more item and after playing all day i was ready to quit. I was on foot and an ambulance drove by so I jacked it. Then I was ready to quit so I just drove off into the water and the game tweaked and the screen turned blue. Started saying I found items and completed the find missions. All of them. I was on a big island on the lower right of the map. In a big city with lots of blue dots. The city by the big statue with on the hand.

Perfect! Not patched!

Be aware that this screws up your game! You'll have to quit to dashboard and reload the last save. This should really be mentioned in the guide. I had to replay a couple of missions after stumbling across the ambulance and deciding to get this done. (But thumbs up from me anyway. Still saved a bunch of time in the end.)

In order to get an ambulance for the side missions you need to get up to the mission "streets of fire" and you need to be able to take over the Resolution province (it was red for me, i didn't fully take it over)

You'll notice the town of esposito (sp who gives a shit) anyway there's a break in it, (one large rectangle portion on bottom and one square on top) anyway to the right of the top square is a yellow cartel place you need to take over; once you do that keep hitting side mission, (next mission) until he mentions an ambulance. I got into it and drove straight into water on a beach and yes it still works.

Also the cartel to the left of base 19 (base is westernmost island in the middle (your far left))

Still worked for me as of 2/4/2017. I still had a lot of collect missions to go so after popping a couple of the achievements the screen froze and no more popped. I turned off the xbox, reloaded the game and did the trick again. It popped the rest of the achievements along with the final one for finishing all of the collecting missions

Just had to do it twice but it sure as hell worked! thanks for this quick and easy solution sure beats collecting them all, now i can focus on the missions and races.

I'm playing on Xbox One and it works. I agree that a disclaimer about it breaking the game and needing to restart/reload would've been nice, but I can't complain too much. Wish I could keep all that guerilla/cartel XP though.

Huh, can confirm it works - I hadn't done any Collect missions and this got me all of them. I shared a short clip of me doing it in the TrueAchievements Xbox Group - it definitely forces you to load your game though!

This happened to me but I was calling in the gyro copter and it fell on me and my screen went crazy and glitches out!

I did this by accident just now and all the individual collect mission achievements popped but for some reason this specific one did not. I don't know if it has anything to do with me completely a few of the collect missions before this happened.

I got this one to pop just by repeating it again, as I now see some people above me in the comments also had to do.

and how about the collectible next to the giant statue? I went to the exact location and searched in the general area but cant seem to find it...
