Just Cause

to get this achievement you must collect all three items there locations are
1.On the highest catwalk of a smokestack of a power plant in San Mateo. It's all by itself in a mountainous area NW of the Eagles Nest Rioja safehouse.
2.On a cliff in the middle of the island directly north of the Eagles Nest Rioja safehouse.
3.On top of the Mendoza International Airport terminal. you may not be able to see it easily on the large map but once you get closer, it's much easier to see on the a helicopter is extremely helpful with finding this one!
