How to unlock the Slippery When Wet achievement in Just Cause - Definitive Guide

Most of these can be found under the main bridges linking the islands in the game. All of them are found underwater, so to avoid confusion make sure to dive near the collectables location and search real close to the sea bed, as they have all sunk to the bottom.
