All of those collectibles can be found on top of the vulcano. They are scattered over the strip club there (5 in total). 3 of those are in the middle area next to the poles sometimes lying on the bar tables sometimes behind them while the other 2 can be spotted if you follow the catwalks going away from the bar and jump down at the end of them.

Note: Your map will show 6 collectibles, which is very confusing. Five are for this achievement and the 6th is for a different collection mission/achievement. It is on the roof of the bar. I had to use a helicopter to get up there.
