This will probably be the last achievement you get because of how long it takes to unlock everything. Here's the list of things to unlock:
Mashups:
Buyable Mashups: Each cost 20 Mojo and about half of the songs have a mashup to buy.
Monthly Mashups: When you play the game while connected to XBOX Live, go to the JD Wall and click on the news that says to unlock the new mashup for the month. You have to manually unlock the new mashup every month. It's not automatic. If it's like Just Dance 2014, there will be 1 to unlock each month, for a total of 12 to unlock over the course of a year. You seem to need at least 6 Monthly Mashups unlocked.
Avatars:
Buyable Avatars: Each one costs 5 Mojo and there are almost 200 to buy.
Unlockable Song Avatars: Playing each routine, excluding Mashups but including the Alternate routines, will unlock an avatar for that routine.
It costs 985 Mojo to buy all the buyable items in the game. Online Level and Tournament Avatars don't seem to count since the Achievement didn't unlock when I unlocked the last Tournament avatar, but did when I unlocked my sixth Monthly Mashup.

Two guys unlocked the achievement. Both of them unlocked online, on a friday at exactly same time (15:42 -3 GMT). Also, both of them don't have the 2000 lvl achievement. It's a big luck or something I can't understand. I'm not saying they cheated, I don't even know if it's possible on One already.

Easy method:
Play the game normally, racking up some Mojo. Ideally, you want enough mojo to save time. I would aim for around 100 to save some hassle, since you will likely get mojo going for 5 stars and level 2000.
Once you have your mojo, go offline. (Disconnect from Xbox live, stay logged in.) Once your connection has disappeared, buy as many different items as you can. You want a different item each time, as each item adds to your achievement tracker percentage. Once you made your purchases, make sure the game saves, then exit the game.
Once the game is exited, go into your "My games and Apps" on the home screen. Find Just Dance 2015 and press start. Click manage game and add ons. Remove the local save.

Can confirm that this works as I am doing it right now :) Can actually shorten the steps required as I tested it out. You don't need to delete the reserved space (1gb) and once you have deleted your local save you don't need to make a new local by starting up the game again. Just connect to the internet again and it will auto-choose your Cloud save for you

Just go through every song page and buy the Mash-up, it will show up in grey with a Mojo symbol on it. Simply click it and you've bought it!
Another potentially frustrating aspect to this trophy is that it can potentially glitch and not pop (which is a problem across all consoles, not just the PS3/4). Be very wary while working towards this that it may not come straight away. Luckily, this popped for me, and my only theory is that it will pop as soon as you unlock the next Monthly Mash-up, even though the monthly mash-ups are not supposed to count.
The best you can really do is cross your fingers, hope for the best and stay persistent!

Attention, this trophy is very buggy. Make a save to a flash drive before the final. But even so, there is no guarantee. I found out when I bought it, mash-up, avatars, half a year passed, I received 5000 elites. There is no trophy. People that I found have the same problem. I hope you have better luck, played on PS-4.
