How to unlock the Bye Bye, Cheeseburger! achievement in Just Dance 2022 - Definitive Guide

For Just Dance 2022 owners, recommended not-extreme songs are You Can Dance, Level Up and Believer (not too hard but yet intense enough to burn some calories). Set a playlist of these three, play it three times, and you should be good.

For Just Dance Unlimited owners, your go-to songs should be Dibby Dibby Sound (round about 40 calories per playthrough) and Don't Stop Me Know (Panda Version) (approximately 50 calories per playthrough).

Replaying the same song counts. So if you're working towards the Dance Legend achievement, simply keep working on the songs with Sweat Mode active until you get the achievement. You'll likely get it by the end of your grind. If you already have Dance Legend, just keep dancing to your favorite songs until you burn 302 calories in game. If you want, you can use a playlist. You should be able to activate sweat mode for a playlist. If you finish the playlist and still haven't reached the calorie requirement, then play a few more songs or just a short playlist of your favorite songs. Once you've finished a song and you've passed 302 calories burned, you'll unlock the achievement.

Edit: Lavsma has confirmed that sweat mode works for everything except the WDF. Even if you finish your playlist, other songs will still count towards your total.

I'm not completely sure if sweat mode works with playlists. If it is, I'll let you know tomorrow.

Sweat mode works with all things in the game except world dance floor and co-op mode

For some reason the achievement is not popping for me; I've burnt more than 302 calories and it still doesn't popped up. Not sure what's going one. I even uninstalled the game and installed it again, I'll try it in a bit and will let you know if it works.

EDIT:
Nope, after playing for 46 minutes and burning 313.83 calories, achievement is not popping up yet. This is making me hate this game. 😡

I think it should be a good idea to mark this achievement as bugged

Playing through songs that I needed to 3 star or better for the other achievements, got this done in 90mins.

For whatever reason, Sweat mode isn't available until you level up to level 5 or so. Once you unlock it, you activate it by pressing :1y: on the song select screen. This shows your calories burned for this session, and the total time dancing during this session.
 
For this achievement, you'll need to activate Sweat mode, and then reach a total of 302 calories burned for the current session. Typically, a single play on a normal 3.5-minute long song will burn around 20 calories (+/- 5 calories). An Extreme version of a song will be closer to 35 calories. So expect to be playing around 15 songs in a single session to reach enough calories burned for this achievement, and expect to spend 45-60 minutes for this session.
 
For the purpose of this achievement, bear in mind that a session only requires that the game app not be closed. This means you can very easily break this achievement up into multiple sessions if you get tired, as long as you don't turn off your console or close the game. Dance to a bunch of songs, take a break for some time, and come back and play more later. Just ensure that your console won't automatically turn off after a set amount of idle time.
