Not sure if this is the case for everyone but it seems that Quick Play doesn't really shuffle the songs around too much. Within the first five songs I guarantee I will have at least two songs from any other quick play session I've had.
If this is the case for everyone else, figure out the songs in "heavy rotation" and practice those. If you are going for the achievement alone, you can down prioritize the exercise and just do the correct movements with your phone to get a high score.
