Make a playlist with the song “here comes to spy”, it’s the most short song, you can play this one 42 times per hour
Once you've played through all of the songs, you should be about half way through. Then once you've completed your 25 quickplay songs for "Surprise Me!", you should be at around level 70. Now simply, create a playlist of your favorite songs and dance to it once a day. Within a couple days you'll have the achievement.
Leveling up in this game is done by earning XP from dancing to songs; however, there is no explicit mention of XP anywhere in the game: the experience bar moves up after each song but there are no definitive numbers to know how much XP you got or need for the next level, nor does the game make any reference to XP. For the purposes of this achievement, I will still refer to it as XP.
The only way to earn XP and level up is by dancing to a song. Challenges and other things available in the game do not reward XP. The amount of XP you get from playing a song is entirely dependent on your star rating you got on that song. It is not dependent on your score, which is displayed after completing a song. What this means is that a longer song with more moves and that you get a higher score in doesn't give you more XP than a shorter song, assuming you got the same star rating on both.
The reason for mentioning this is that the fastest way to level up in theory is to play through the shortest possible song. If you have Just Dance Unlimited, play the song 'Un Poco Loco' over and over. It is only 1:58 in length, as to opposed to all other songs being three or even four minutes long. Playthroughs of 'Un Poco Loco' are extremely quick compared to other songs.
That being said, you should naturally save any grinding towards this achievement for last. Focus on unlocking all other achievements first. Specifically, make sure you do each of the following before worrying about reaching level 100:
