It's best to attempt this before subscribing to Just Dance Unlimited. That way, the only songs circulating are from this game. Most of the songs in this game are easy to Megastar, meaning you're almost guaranteed the achievement.
If you've subscribed to Just Dance Unlimited: Most of the songs are from the previous games, so if you've played them, you'll likely know which ones are easy. Simply press
to skip songs until you encounter one you know you can Megastar. Now carefully dance to it and you'll have the achievement.

While Quick Play is supposed to be random songs, one after another, endlessly, I seemed to always get the exact same songs in the exact same order. Not sure if this is a bug or what, but it makes this achievement quite easy to do since you'll be able to attempt the same songs each session. Some songs, like Chacarron, are so easy you'll likely get Megastar on them on your first try in Quick Play, but by the time you unlock Dance Legend (100G), you'll know all songs well enough to get Megastar on them in Quick Play, if you haven't unlocked this achievement by then.
