If you've already run through all of the songs in the game, you'll have more than enough aliases for the achievement. Now simply go to your dancer card, select aliases and pick one. Wait for it to save, go back and pick the next. Now just enjoy going through them until you unlock the achievement. Even if you do run out, you can simply switch back and forth between your favorite ones and it will still count. As long as you change aliases, it counts towards the achievement. Since there are multiple aliases unlocked at the start, you can even get this at the beginning of the game by switching between your two favorite aliases.

To change the title of your Dancer Card, from the main menu scroll down to Profile on the left, and the first option is Dancer Cards. Select the first one (or whichever you want) and choose 'Choose Title.' For the purposes of this achievement, you need not use 20 unique titles. As long as you have one other title other than the one you start with, you can just change back and forth between the two titles 20 times to unlock this achievement. Titles unlock naturally as you play, and you'll unlock dozens during your time with this game.
