You can do this with a partner, but that will make it so much harder. I you have 2 phones or borrow someone else's you can easily get this by just putting it on co-op with the 2 phones in your hand. It weighs it down a bit, but still with a bit of practice should be easy

This can easily be done on Mood by 24kGoldn. Just be careful at a couple of the close up sections. Make sure you're waving your arms properly. As long as your careful, you and your partner should both be able to get Superstar. If not, then try Levitating by Dua Lipa. The song doesn't have to have two dancers; You just have to have two players present to activate Co-op mode. So if the first song above doesn't work, try the second one or any other song in the game. There are a lot of easy ones.

If we play "Baby Shark" on Unlimited, does it count or just dance 2022 songs only?

All songs count. You just have to be in Co-op mode. So Unlimited songs also count.

Take note that Co-op mode can only be activated in the regular song menu of the Just Dance section, or in Quick Play. You unfortunately cannot activate Co-op mode during World Dance Floor, and you also can't activate it if you have Sweat Mode turned on, for some strange reason.
As the description says, you'll need to get at least a Superstar rating on a single song with two people dancing. Both of your scores will contribute to a single star rating, so you both need to perform at Superstar level to reach that rating.
In my opinion, the song 'Chacarron' is, by far, the easiest song in the game. It only involves flailing your arms around (no real feet movements that affect rating), and you will almost assuredly even be able to get Megastar rating on your first try, two attempts at the most.
