As long as you have another player present, you can activate Co-op mode. So simply dance to 10 different songs and you'll unlock the achievement.
Phones: If no one is available, you can always just borrow someone's phone, download the JD Controller and use it to activate Co-op mode. You don't even have to hold both phones. You just need Co-op mode activated for the song to count.
Kinect: If someone is available, you can use the Kinect. They don't even have to stay for the whole song, they can just activate Co-op mode and leave. If you want, you can simply call them when you need them and repeat this 10 times.
Also: Make sure Co-op mode is active each time you dance to the song. Once the song starts, there should be a two player icon to the bottom left with a single orange-colored score bar above it. If you see this, you're good to go. Otherwise, restart and press
to switch to Co-op mode.

Take note that Co-op mode can only be activated in the regular song menu of the Just Dance section, or in Quick Play. You unfortunately cannot activate Co-op mode during World Dance Floor, and you also can't activate it if you have Sweat Mode turned on, for some strange reason.
One thing to make explicit from this achievement's description is that it must be 10 different songs to count towards this achievement, so, unforunately, multiple attempts on the same song to unlock Strength Lies in Numbers! (60G) doesn't count for this achievement. The good news is that, for the purposes of this achievement, star rating doesn't matter, so simply play ten different songs to completion with two people, even just standing there, to unlock this achievement.
