Raise your hand to change player difficulty to 'Easy' (which only uses your upper body parts to score), then try to reach 5 Stars (10,000 Points) on the six different songs you choose
They have to be consecutive songs though so if you fail during the streak, your progress will be reset to 0/6 for this achievement. Best advice is to either pick songs you're familiar with, or also check the song &/or sweat difficulty on the left when on the song select screen.
