You could get this over time, but I'd recommend getting this at the same time as the following:
The I could do this all night! achievement in Just Dance 3 worth 160 pointsDance every song in the "Songs" menu in a row while in the same game
Also just to be clear, you can enable short versions in the Extras and this will unlock. This took me just over an hour and a half to complete the entire setlist.
