How to unlock the Morning Exercise achievement in Just Dance 3 - Definitive Guide
1. Make sure it's between 5am and 9am (on your console too :D)
2. Activate Sweat Mode
3. Go to Songs; play a couple songs...
4. WHAMMY!
Use Long Song Mode, to get more Sweat Point per song.
You can see your score inbetween songs as it adds up...

Sign out of xbox live, disconnect from the internet and then go to setting and change the time to 5am. start the game, activate the sweat mode, then dance to anything until you have earned 1000 pts. so simple
You don't need to wake up early, and you don't need to disconnect your xbox live account (assuming u want the time stamp). You can do this anytime you want simply by changing your time zone forward to the appropriate time.... Right now I am playing in W African time zone. And I am playing at night.
After that, simply play until you get 1000 sweat points. Now whether you actually play or set up a few dummy chairs with hoodie hats in front of the camera, is up to you!
