First off go to the 'Just Create' section of the game and choose 'Freestyle'. Choose a track with a pink tick next to it if you plan to upload it afterwards for this achievement:

After you have finished recording your track click save, (which is another achievement), then you will find it saved in the 'Gallery' section. It should be at the bottom of the tracks and at the top left of screen it should say 'My Moves 1 and your Gamertag. Choose your track then click 'Dance now', Achievement pops as you start the track, so you can quit out after it pops.
