First- Activate Sweat Mode
Second - Bear in mind you have to get it in the same session (having 4 players at the same time makes it easier)
Third- Watch the sweat total on your lower left
Fourth- You will receive messages for sweat points achieved (at 1,000 points first, etc.)
Fifth- Get other cheevos while getting this one. I got it yesterday (Saturday 8pm to 3 am), so I also got Saturday Night Fever, etc.

Ehh, 90-100 songs in one session, at 190 points per song...
