To earn this achievement, "Blind Ambition", first you need to disable Pictograms...
You can do this by going to "EXTRAS" on the main menu, then going to "OPTIONS", and finally, clicking off the pictograms Icon".
Then you must choose a song and get 5 stars on that song without pictograms...
The easiest songs in the game by far to get this would be, "Call me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen or "Umbrella" by Rihanna ft. Jay-Z".
It's best to do it on a song you've already memorized all the moves for.

At the Main Menu, enter the Options tab and disable the pictograms. Find a song that you have danced to a few times and get 5 stars on it. The only difference here will be that you won't have the timeline at the bottom of the screen showing you what moves come next in the song, so it's best to choose a track that you're good at.
