You need to pick one of the Duet songs then have one person be on one of the 2 left slots of the kinect and one person be on one of the 2 right slots. The Duets are the following songs:
(I've Had) The Time of My Life
Asereje (The Ketchup Song)
Can't Take My Eyes Off You
Everybody Needs Somebody to Love (Blues Brothers)
I Like It
Rock Lobster
Run The Show
The Final Countdown
Tribal Dance
I got this on the Blues Brothers song, either that or the Ketchup song are good choices for an easier 5 star. It may be possible to unlock this with more than 2 players as long as one person on each side 5 stars but I didn't try that

Duets are any song with two characters dancing instead of one. Simply find a friend and have both of you dance to the song and earn 5 stars. There are several pretty easy ones to get this one, but I found Rock Lobster to be the most fun.
