Do this on the Barry White song.
You obviously need four players, and when you're close to the end of the song, everytime stand still. We even managed to get 5 stars for everyone, and after that we stood still. It's easy on this song, since the outro in the elevator is quite long, and that outro counts as well. Easy part is, that there are moves to be made in the outro so no chance of getting a Nice or Good with that. Just make sure you stand still the last couple of moves and during the outro.

I got my family to join me with this, and I took your suggestion with that song, but we didn't even have to get to the end of the song. We just stood still at the start and it unlocked after the first few moves, even though it "counted" some of them.
We did dance to it for the fun of it afterword's though.

hi mate we stay perfectly still for the last four moves and the elevator bit...no cheevo...in fact on the last moves even if perfectly still it gives 'good' or 'ok'....any suggestions.

This achievement is really simple. It requires of you (and 3 other people) to stand still during a song for 30 seconds. So select any song you'd like that has 4 coaches (4 choreographies) and ask your friends to stand still. Kinect is oversensitive in this game, and I bet that you'll get 'good' or 'perfect' moves when you shouldn't. Don't worry about it, just keep standing still - getting good grades won't void the achievement. After 30 seconds of standing still achievement should pop during a song. If not, keep standig still. Keep an eye on your siluettes on top of the screen - sometimes kinect will think that you are moving. You'll know it when your character will be 'flickering'. And check if you are assigned to a coach - sometimes you'll drop off and thus won't be able to unlock this achievement.
