Just play any song, and when you get to the end you need to make sure you get the very last move in the choreography with 'PERFECT'. If it isn't, then you'll have to do the whole song again to obtain this achievement.
I got this while naturally playing the game, not sure if Gold Moves also count for this, haven't verified that.

This should come naturally as you play through the game. Just hit the very last move of a song and get the green (Perfect) rating and the trophy will pop before you see your results.
