Bit of a longwinded guide but if your playing this on a free weekend and just want some easy G off the bat then bare with me.
When you come outside for the first time grab the bucket list form the guy and do a 180 turn and head for the road (Watch the traffic) go left and walk past Sushi and Fries and around the right hand bend and there will be a dumpster and a car on its side together, use these to jump onto the ledge and into the garden, you will probably die from the monks during the cut scene but hit
to respawn and enter the garden again and make a run for the big door behind the Golden Gong.
*NOTE; Respawning sometimes put me in a dumpster in the garden rather than the outside so if this happens run to the right and past the gong to the back door*
Once there quickly hit and you will respawn in a dumpster behind that door into a new area. Come out and in front of you is a old man who shoots at you when you go on his lawn. On the lawn there is Mines, run into them and die and you should unlock the dynamite stick and respawn again.
