How to unlock the Lawful Not Awful achievement in JYDGE - Definitive Guide
This is unlocked by getting the "good" ending.
basically the game records every citizen you save, and every citizen that has died (note that even a citizens death at the hands of an enemy will count, including the ones roaming in the background.
on my first playthrough I saved 274, and with 521 killed (lol) that gave me the "bad ending"
on my Second playthrough I saved 88 with only 10 killed. these happened out of my field of vision otherwise I would have force quit and reloaded the stage I was playing. 10 killed was enough to get me the "good ending" and the achievement.
Also note that one of the collectibles called the Sin eraser can be used to erase half of your sins (citizens killed) for $66 666.
As soon as I was able I purchased the Citizen Safe Ammo mod for the Gavel.

100+ Saved, 29 Killed - Bad Ending. I suspect the "saved" might be irrelevant, given the "good" ratio I had. What do you mean by "force quit" - burger button, quit?

when a citizen died I would hit the guide button, press start on the Jydge tile and select quit. that way it doesn't add to your citizen death count
