How to unlock the Savior achievement in JYDGE - Definitive Guide

I confirm that this doesn't require to rescue 'new' citizens, it will unclock if you save the same ones by replaying missions.
Although it will unlock naturally by playing through campaign missions, the best map to grind this out is probably Office retaliation on normal. You can save 3 citizens in 30 seconds with the below method. (The earlier maps can only offer 2 hostages per run.)
First select cyberware abilities of
(1)hacking tool(5th) to make your way inside easier and
(2)wall breaker(11th) to create an alternative escape route for the citizens
