The best place to do this is in The Dark Forest on Hopalloo Island.
At some point, you will reach a place where frogs play instruments and there are nine opponents here.
The important thing here is to try to hit each of the frog opponents at least once and fill the belt before doing the final blow under the Y button.
If you fail in the first try - keep repeating the level until you succeed.

U can also do it in the Tutorial with the First set of (six) enemies. Same Strategy as mentioned above.

There's actually a pretty good chance this will happen naturally as you progress. There are quite a few fights with five or more enemies. Basically, punch them all once or twice to damage them and to fill up your finisher meter (under your health), at which point you can press 
when you see the prompt over an enemy. This will do an AoE attack, and you need it to hit and kill five enemies.
If you don't get this during natural progression, replay the first normal level, Dark Forest. Proceed almost halfway through to where there's a band playing on stage. Nearly ten frog enemies attack you at once. Punch each one once or twice, let them gather around, then unleash your finisher and you should easily kill five.
