Medleys are grouped up songs of your choice where you sing all three or five at one time, but only a random section of each song.
As you're playing throughout the Career mode, Medleys will be available on each disc. All you have to do is just finish 10 of the Medleys (there are more than 10 to pick from) and the achievement is yours.

You'll get this for completing ten medleys, in any mode.
I've discovered that career mode will give you credit for completing a song if you "Abort gig" from the pause menu. This won't help you with score or ratings achievements, but it'll help with this one. You can't do this in quickplay, because "abort gig" is not available as a menu option.
To do this, go to any record segment in career that's described as a medley. It's even quicker if it's a mystery medley because you won't have to choose the individual songs. Start the medley and then as soon as the song starts, hit start and select "abort gig." Repeat nine more times on the same segment and the achievement will pop.

From the Main Menu select "Options", "Extras", "Statistics" to see your progress.
You will have to perform several medley's while doing Career Mode, plus to obtain the "Eclectic Dreams" and "The Platinum 5" trophies. If that was not enough to unlock this, or you are impatient, then sing a few medley's in Quick/Custom Play.
