How to unlock the Polaris Observer achievement in Katamari Damacy REROLL - Definitive Guide
This is the final quest of the game.
Once you start the quest you can ask if the size is okay by pressing If your Katamari is too small the King will tell you.
I was able to finish the North Star by rolling up the Watermelons then asking and the King accepted with a size of 6m74cm. If you want to keep going to 10m you can but be careful not to go over or the King will refuse the Katamari.
The Watermelons are in a stack a bit forward and to the right of where you are dropped in. You need to roll around for awhile to be able to roll up the Watermelons. I gathered items until I was able to roll up a Watermelon patch, up a hill with Sunflowers at the end of it. Then I fell off the hill towards the area near the beginning with a stack of Watermelons. Then I asked the King and was given the option saying it was okay, yes or no, and chose yes.
Hope this helps. I failed this mission twice by rolling my Katamari too big because I had no idea how to ask the King. You get to a point where the King refuses your Katamari without you asking because it's so big. After failing the second time I just started pressing buttons until I got lucky and discovered it was the button all along.
My Katamari was about double the starting size.

In my case, I just pick up the small things in the water in front of me and in the persons in little park n sorroundings ....
I asked to the king with X 3 times n he tell was too small , the 4th time the game ask me if this size was enough. I click ok .
Cheevo pop up with only 5 meters of 10.

Story-related and cannot be missed.
Stage unlocks after clearing Make a Star 7. The gimmick here is that you want to get as close to 10m as possible and you won't know how large your katamari is at any point. The King will show you what the size is at the beginning of the stage. You have unlimited time in which to do this. I estimate your starting katamari size to be around 2m, as you can easily pick up adults as soon as you start the stage.
A decent way to gauge this is to see if you can pick up one of the elephants in the area of town past the school - you need to be around 10m to pick up elephants. In terms of the beginning area, if you're able to pick up the giant watermelons, you're around 6m and if you quit the stage once you've picked up a few giant watermelons, the King will accept your katamari, even though it's well under 10m.
